All orders usually ship the day your credit card has been charged.


For international/domestic orders – please do not send any orders back unless you e-mailed or called us first. When we confirm your return we will give you shipping details for returning the product back to us.

No returns will be accepted after 15 days. On all orders a 30% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges will not be credited.

Orders that are « returned to sender » by the receiver without notifying us beforehand will be charged shipping fees to/ from the receivers address and a 30% restocking fee will apply. If the order is  » returned to sender » by the receiver because of wrong shipping address or missing information, the client is responsible for the shipping charges to/ from the receivers address and a 30% restocking fee. If a package is  » returned to sender » and the receiver would like to get it ship back , the shipping charges will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Please note all International orders are subject to customs and duties that are the responsibility of the recipient. ( not applicable for Canada and USA)
